A Taste of Ripiena

At Pasta Ripiena on St Stephen’s Street, we do one thing and we do it properly: filled pasta, made fresh by hand every day.

Our tasting menu is the best way to try it all, with five of our favourite stuffed pastas, a snack to start and a dolce to finish.

Whether it’s date night, a birthday or you just can’t pick from the menu, pull up a chair and let us look after you.

Mezzelune of black truffle & ricotta, Datterini tomatoes, oyster mushroom, sage butter

Agnolotti of pumpkin & confit garlic, burnt onion brodo, pumpkin seeds, Tropea onion

Cappelletti verde of mascarpone & leek, River Teign mussels, white wine, parsley, garlic

Triangoli of pepperoni & mozzarella, San Marzano butter, chilli honey, stracciatella

Tortellini of beef shin, peppercorn sauce, horseradish, shoestring fries

£55 per person

(Our menu changes frequently, so dishes may differ slightly on the night.)

The tasting menu is currently served Tuesday to Thursday, with one sitting at 7.45pm. Spaces are limited, so we’d recommend booking early.

We need at least 24 hours’ notice to prepare the tasting menu, so please book ahead.

Please note we can’t adapt the tasting menu for allergies or dietary requirements. If you have any, we'd be happy to offer the main menu instead.
